Our team is passionate about teaching and mentorship, and we love investing in those who are curious, motivated, and eager to grow. At COG Restore, we welcome PT, OT, PTA, and COTA students to join us for hands-on learning in an outpatient orthopedic setting—where skilled mentorship, meaningful patient care, and island life come together.
With locations in St. Croix and St. Thomas, you’ll experience the beauty of the U.S. Virgin Islands while gaining real-world therapy experience in a supportive, team-based environment. Our caseload includes a wide variety of orthopedic conditions across all age groups—post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, chronic pain, balance and gait disorders, and more—giving you the opportunity to grow your clinical reasoning and confidence in a truly diverse setting.
